HELP US ACHIEVE A SUPERMARKET AND FILLING STATION FOR OUR COMMUNITIES

More than a thousand people put their name to a petition supporting the Gateway Kintore plan.

Yet, more than 300 days after the petition and a draft master plan was submitted, Aberdeenshire Council continued to block the proposal. They also said the 1,000 name petition no longer counts as they have started a new consultation process.

After a long battle and support from many in the local community, in November 2014 the Infrastructure Services Committee agreed the Gateway Kintore site was included in the 2016 Local Plan.
